General

Do you buy used instruments?

We occasionally buy used band and orchestra instruments. What we purchase depends on the season and our current stock levels. We do not purchase used pianos, organs, drum sets, folk or specialty instruments. We always recommed Reverb.com if you need to sell your used instrument.

Do you sell CDs or records?

No, we do not. If you're in the upstate, check out Horizon Records. 

Online Orders

When will my online order be processed?

Though our website is open 24/7, online orders are only processed during business hours Monday - Friday.

Rentals

How do I return my rental?

Returning a rental is easy. Just bring it back to our Greenville or Lexington location. You can also leave it at your child's school. Just give our accounting office a call at 864.244.7881, and we'll schedule it to be picked up. 

Can I make an account payment online?

Currently you cannot make an account payment online. We hope to have this feature available in the future. Please call our accounting department at 864.244.7881 to make a payment.

Pianos

Do you sell pianos?

We only carry digital pianos from Yamaha and Roland. We do not sell acoustic pianos.

Do you move pianos?

No, we do not. If you're in the upstate, please contact our friends at Piano Central if you need moving services. 

Do you tune pianos?

No, we do not. If you're in the upstate, we recommend our friend Don Bulla at Upstate Piano Services.

Repairs

Do you repair keyboards and amplifiers?

We are not currently repairing digital pianos, keyboards or amplifiers. 

Do you appraise instruments?

No, we do not. 

Music

Do you sell choral music?

We do not stock choral music, but we'll be happy to order music for your church or organization. You can even use our handy online order form. Please be advised that current shipping times on choral music is 7-14 business days.

May I take sheet music out on approval?

We no longer allow music to be taken on approval.
