Return Policy

Refunds are given within 10 Days of the purchase for unused items in the original packaging with the original store receipt. 

The following cannot be returned:

• Print Music (music books, sheet music, etc.)
• Special Orders
• Layaways
• Recorders, harmonicas, reeds, microphones, and any other mouth instruments or accessories
• CDs, DVDs, and software whose original packaging has been opened
