Shipping

We ship via UPS directly to your provided Shipping Address or to your child's school if it is a rental or leased instrument. Please expect up to 12 hours to process your order during business days, and an additional 12 hours to have your items shipped. Online orders do NOT process during the weekend, and will be processed Monday morning. If you have any questions about the online order and shipping process, please give us a call at 800.868.2275.  

Print Music Orders are typically shipped through USPS.
